End User Service Usage Policy
For using Transferum's services all our customers must read and accept the End User Service Usage Policy.
End User Service Usage Policy is a legal agreement between Transfeum and its clients.
Before using Transferum's services every each of our customers must read carefully this agreement and agree with it.
Transferum is exempted from any violations of this agreement and it reserves the right to end the contract immediately with that specific customer in case .
This Usage Policy of services can be changed at any time by Transferum, it is mandatory for our clients to check it periodically.



Using Transferum's services you will not, by any means :
  • attempt or distribute software and material which constitutes,or encourage conduct that would constitute, a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability
  • use the services provided by Transferum in a way which is contrary to law;commit frauds
  • attempt and use of anonymous FTP, excepting the way that is approved and controlled by Transferum
  • upload/download(distribute) material which is known to be false,unlawful,harassing,profane,harmful,abusive,obscene,sexually explicit,etc
  • use of Transfrum to do software , music or/and movie pirating
  • attempt or distribute pornography with minors
  • the access or attempt of intrusion inside Transferum network(account) without the usage of proper credentials and proper level of access
  • use Transferum services to upload/download(distribute) any software which contains or is a virus,bug,malicious code or other harmful or disruptive component
  • use Transferum services to upload/download(distribute) information,software or other material which:(a)is confidential or protected by copyright without prior authorization from the rights holder;(b)obscene,child pornography
  • perform or attempt to perform a malicious act which may result in harm or damage to Transferum network,or to another party's hardware,software,privacy
  • perform or attempt to perform automated search and retrieve programs or routines which generate excessive amounts of Internet traffic and throttle the Transferum bandwidth

Transferum can not guarantee privacy.Even thou the access to Transferum accounts can be done via HTTPS web access(the method that is highly recommended by Transferum) FTP and FTPS,Transferum recommends not to use its services for the transmission of confidential information.

Transferum has no obligation to monitor the activity on the servers.However,in order to protect itself and its customers,Transferum will monitor the activity from time to time and disclose any information concerning end users necessary to satisfy the law.Transferum will not intentionally monitor or disclose any private account unless required by law.

Transferum will not attempt to censor or monitor any content of any private account.
The client is directly responsible for the use of its account,data and password protection and software he uses.

Users are prohibited from violating any system or network security measures including but no limited to engaging in unauthorized access or use or Transferum's or a third party's network traffic.Users are unauthorized to monitor Transferum's or 3rd party data,systems or network traffic.

In case of any suspicion of violations of its Service Usage Policy,Transferum reserves the right of blocking the collaboration with the customer until the suspicions will be clarified but with a prior notice to the customer and reasonable efforts to resolve the problem.

In case of suspicions and/or fraud proven facts, Transferum reserves the rights to collaborate with the legal law organs in case of need.We may disclose your information if necessary to protect our rights or it could be a potential threat to safety of any person.

In case that any client of Transferum has any suspicion or evidence of any violation of these rules, should contact Transferum as soon as possible at service_policy@transferum.com .

Transferum does not guarantee an uninterrupted level of service and is not liable for any damages arising from omissions,interruptions,delays,errors or defects in working of equipment related to the service.There will be one(1) time per month(minimum) a restart of our servers with a prior announcement on Transferum site at well seen place.Is mandatory for the clients to check periodically the dates or restarting of servers.
